THE DRIVER:
This project is Based off the Wantuz side chair designed by Reha Erdogan.
Concept:
This industrial design is intended to fly under the radar and look invisible until occupied by its users. Sleek and modern qualities are emphasized throughout the bar area with the prominent use of triangular and rectilinear forms. With repetition through alternation and strong diagonalities, the space is grounded alongside a dominant transparent characteristic. The bar space made of raw materials, and non-mechanical hardware complement and highlight the chair and its distinct style. Guests feel pleased when visiting for a quick drink, and are able to store their carry-on luggage conveniently below their chair without fear of loosing their belongings.

Behind the bar is a wall made of tubular steel and fitted with tinted plexiglass panels behind. It will be lit from above to cast shadows with wall grazing luminaries.
The bar top and overhead plexiglass plane are to be lit with fiber optic lighting that can change colour to suit different moods, or follow the sunset.
